Insurance/Pricing

• We take insurance and private pay clients.

  ***For those who have insurance we do not take, we CAN provide a Superbill for you to present to your insurance after the fact.

• Our private pay pricing -

  • Evaluations (one time bill) - $230

  • Follow-Up Sessions (Adult and Pediatric) - $80/hour long session

Once we are able to run your insurance, we will be able to let you know of the copay (if there is one) as well as whether or not we will need prior authorization before treatment begins. If you have a secondary along with one of the accepted insurances below, they should pay out what your plan states regardless of us being credentialed with them. This will also be determined when insurance is run prior to the first meeting.
